YMCA Thessaloniki and the Staff Training School program, in collaboration with local YMCA organizations worldwide, implement International European Youth Exchange Programs. These programs are aimed at young people aged 14–30 and focus on personal development in areas such as responsibility, leadership, cooperation, and communication, as well as raising awareness on social issues, governance, and more. The duration of these programs ranges from one to two weeks.
