Members
Members of the Association can be individuals of all faiths, religious doctrines, and ages, regardless of gender, race, or social status, provided they accept the fundamental principles of the YMCA. Members of the Association are categorized as Regular, Associate, Corresponding, and Honorary.
Regular Members
Regular Members are those who have reached the age of 18 and accept the purposes of the Brotherhood as stated in Article 2 of its Statute. Regular members are approved by the Board of Directors based on a written application, after a proposal from two regular members of the Brotherhood, and following an investigation into their character, general social activity, and their ability to contribute to the work of the YMCA Thessaloniki.
Newly enrolled members have the right to vote after one year from their registration. Regular members who have reached the age of 25 and have been members for at least one full year have the right to be elected. Regular members pay an annual subscription fee, which is determined each time by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may set a reduced subscription fee for special categories of members.
Associate Members
Associate Members are accepted if they, regardless of age, are interested in the goals pursued by the Brotherhood and wish to contribute to their achievement by participating in its programs.
Associate members pay an annual subscription fee to the Brotherhood, which is set each time by the Board of Directors.

Benefits Exclusively for Regular Members of YMCA Thessaloniki
YMCA Thessaloniki offers its regular members all the benefits listed above, as well as the following benefits, which apply to financially active regular members and their minor children, upon presentation of the regular member’s card.
Gymnasium Department
Free use of the swimming pool for three months during public hours. This benefit is valid for 3 months from the renewal of the regular member’s registration. A magnetic card will be issued for pool use, which the regular member can collect from the cashier upon presenting the following health certificates: a) from a General Practitioner or Cardiologist confirming health status, and b) from a Dermatologist confirming no contagious disease.

15% discount on monthly fees for adult programs in Volleyball, Table Tennis, Archery, and Fencing.

Priority Registration for regular members for YMCA Thessaloniki’s camps.
Τμήμα Επιμορφωτικών Προγραμμάτων Educational Programs Department
10% discount on all programs (children’s and adult programs excluding the Nursery and Kindergarten).
Priority Registration for regular members in the Nursery and Kindergarten Department.
Παράρτημα Καλαμαριάς Kalamaria Branch
10% discount on all sections (children’s and adult).

Reduced ticket price of €10 (with presentation of the relevant membership card) for all zones for the State Orchestra’s productions during the 2023-2024 artistic season.
