The donors and supporters of social contribution and volunteer programs are regular and longtime members of the Brotherhood, participants in YMCA Thessaloniki’s programs, local organizations and companies, large institutions, and citizens who recognize both the social work of the Brotherhood and the reliable and ethical management of their donations, from the smallest to the largest amounts.

YMCA Thessaloniki Food Bank

We extend our heartfelt thanks to LIDL HELLAS & SIA O.E. for supporting our social mission in 2018-2019 with the donation of more than 18 tons of food valued at €34,000.

We also thank HELEXPO Thessaloniki International Fair for providing a booth free of charge for the second time, allowing us to host the YMCA Thessaloniki food bank and distribute 500 care packages sponsored by LIDL HELLAS & SIA O.E.

Scholarship Fund – Single-Parent Family Support Program

Christmas Event with Social Impact

We thank IEK AKMI and Metropolitan College for supporting our humanitarian and social work. The Tourism & Hospitality department of IEK AKMI prepared savory and sweet dishes for our Christmas event “YMCA Thessaloniki Christmas” (Buffet of Delicacies, Decorations, Melodies). Metropolitan College provided the innovative superfood “MyBookitsa” created in collaboration with Dietetics students to support the YMCA Thessaloniki Scholarship Fund.

We also thank HELEXPO Thessaloniki International Fair for providing Christmas decorations and supporting the event.

We thank Magic Park and Asterokosmos for providing the beautiful Christmas train placed in the YMCA Thessaloniki outdoor area.
