Yes! Because storytelling travels from the mouth to the heart and from the heart back to the mouth, conveying a precious message to everyone individually. This message, woven from the depths of time, has accompanied humanity since its inception.
Life has its challenges, and to face them, both children and adults need companionship and magic.
Orality, through storytelling, weaves relationships.
That’s why we’ve created a series of storytelling performances, featuring tales, myths, and legends, at the YMCA Thessaloniki Theater.
At Action Art, our vision is to promote and disseminate the Global Intangible Heritage, Oral Tradition, Cultural and Artistic creation. These are crucial for preserving personal cultural identity, embracing cultural diversity, inclusion and social cohesion, active participation in public life, and shaping the social and cultural fabric.
Our performances focus on bringing people together, communication, interaction between generations, sharing information and experiences, personal growth, collective creative coexistence, and enhancing quality of life.
Performances are held on Saturdays at 18:00, and each performance lasts 60 minutes.
