Cooking Workshop for Children Ages 4

The Master Chef program was created for school-aged children, focusing on both the art of cooking and dietary preferences.

The main goals are:

  • To teach proper cooking techniques and promote healthy eating habits.
  • To help children learn to cook and create meals and desserts with fresh ingredients, tailored to their taste preferences. Through hands-on cooking experiences, children learn about proper nutrition, balanced diets, and weight management.

Thus, all the recipes we create will be not only imaginative, colorful, and fun but also made from simple and healthy ingredients, teaching children to follow a healthier way of eating.

Our Young Chefs Will Learn:

  • To identify and assess the nutritional value of different foods.
  • To choose foods based on a combination of health and taste.
  • To adopt new, beneficial eating habits.
  • To enrich their favorite dishes for better nutrition.
  • To wisely combine flavors.
  • How to select ingredients for cooking.
  • How to organize meal preparation.
  • How to choose and use cooking utensils and tools.
  • How to prepare a meal.
  • How to nutritionally and creatively enhance basic recipes.
  • To learn about different categories of ingredients (fruits, vegetables, pasta, dairy products, meats, etc.).
  • Basic principles of Cooking, Pastry Cooking, and Baking.
  • How to maximize taste enjoyment through proper eating pace, dish order, chewing, and dining posture.
