Christmas Excursions
Dear executives and dear parents and guardians,
We have the pleasure to announce that this year again, the educational excursions of the School of Executives will take place in the camp of H.A.N.Th., in Agios Nikolaos, Halkidiki. Your participation in our educational excursions is considered particularly important, as it gives us the opportunity to get to know each other better and to work with you on a large part of our program

Registration for each age group will take place on the above mentioned days and times and no earlier! There are sufficient places for each age group, but for each tour, places are specific and limited.
Registration will also continue via email at sxstelexon@ymca.gr,if there are openings.
When registering :
- In the event that it is deemed impossible to register for an excursion after the first few hours of registration, you must select an excursion where there is still availability and the registration option is still “active” and corresponds to the age group to which you belong.
Children belonging to cycle A (2011) and cycle B (2010), choose one of the two dates – excursions listed in the table above.
- The application for “waiting” – registration of name in the relevant “waiting list”, is done by sending the child’s details (Name, date of birth, date of excursion in which participation is desired, telephone numbers and contact email) to email : : sxstelexon@ymca.gr & e.symeonidou@ymca.gr.
In case of financial arrears from participation in H.A.N. programs, your registration will not be possible.
The minimum number of participants for each excursion is 34 persons and the maximum is 52 persons. For this reason, there will be a strict first come, first served basis.
Participation cost : 99€
In case the child has not participated this year in a H..A.N. program, the annual membership fee is 15€ extra.
The reservation is made by paying the participation fee to one of our Bank Accounts (click) and by sending the deposit slip to sxstelexon@ymca.gr, indicating your unique registration number, as it is obtained from the electronic system (e.g. PAPADOPOULOS ANDREAS EDROMY SHST #16123).
In case of cancellation, no refund will be made, unless we are notified in writing (email to sxstelexon@ymca.gr) as the organizational cost of participation and all actions of preparation of the Training Program will have been included and budgeted in all costs of the action (travel, food, accommodation, operating costs, etc.).
The excursions depart and return under the Archaeological Museum, in the area where the tourist buses are parked, opposite the building of the H.A.N.Th. Accommodation is in the guesthouse of our camp, in Halkidiki, where there is central heating, electricity and hot water. The guesthouses of the camp consist of rooms for four, six & eight persons as well as shared separate sanitary facilities (showers, toilets) / sex. Distribution to the rooms will take place upon arrival at the camp.
What to bring with you :
Tour backpack, sleeping bag, sleeping bag, sheet, pillow & pillowcase, raincoat, jacket, warm clothes, closed shoes, slippers, flashlight, canteen, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel.
Welcome: gingerbread, gingerbread cookies, syrups, syrupy cakes, sponge cakes, fruit, nuts, musical instruments…
Not welcome: mobile phones, laptop, iPad …
In case the child has a mobile phone with him/her, he/she will hand it over to the camp managers upon arrival at the camp!

Excursion C' Cycle II

Dear parents and guardians,
We are pleased to announce that the second educational excursion of the third cycle of the School of Executives will take place at the camp of H.A.N.Th. in Agios Nikolaos, Halkidiki. The excursion will have a camping character, complementing the theoretical knowledge received in previous meetings and excursions, and reinforcing it with practical tools. Our goal is to prepare the children in an active camping environment for the responsibilities of their role as lieutenants in the summer, but also to train them to organize and implement basic activities that are part of the summer program (adventure track, sailing, sports, swimming, entertainment, etc.)

The minimum number of participants for the tour is 34 and the maximum number of participants is 52. For this reason, there will be a strict first come, first served basis. After the above dates, registration will continue via email at email atymca.thess.youth@ymca.gr, if there are vacancies.
